What You Will Bring to the Team?

Keeping up with the needs of global corporations and thousands of frontline workers requires tremendous creative problem solving, a passion for technology, and close collaboration across our team. As a Customer Support Specialist at Rever you will perform as a support to our customers focusing on assist them, deliver outstanding experiences. 


What would be your day-to-day responsibilities?

Reporting to the Product Director, here are some duties you would be responsible for:

  • Respond to inbound messages from customers by email or live chat to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Address tickets for Enterprise accounts.
  • Proactively speak with our key users to assist them by phone, chat or email.
  • Build and update our help center with guides and videos for our users.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product Team.
  • Be a key part of product beta testing before new releases.
  • Detect, test and capture bugs from product.
  • Review bug list from customer to help during Product priorization.
  • Assist during setup of accounts for workshops and deployments.
  • Constantly keep communication with our customer and sales team to solve inquiries regarding the product.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement and development of our Support team.

An academic degree is not a requirement to apply for this position; you may have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Administration or related field. Or maybe you are self-taught with enough experience.

Location: Remote. The position requires that you work on Central Standard Time.
