Reporting directly to the Rever CEO, the VP of Sales will lead the sales team as Rever moves beyond founder driven sales, rapidly grows revenue and scales operations. This person has the opportunity to build a team, shape an organization and impact the entire company. Not for the faint of heart, we are looking for someone who thrives on closing deals, excels at building relationships, loves tackling challenges and demonstrates extreme ownership.
Demonstrated success in closing deals, managing/recruiting a team and building out the sales function (creating playbooks, setting quotas, etc.) at an early stage, SAAS company that focuses on enterprise sales.
Develop strategies and plans for developing business and achieving Rever’s sales goals--revenue growth and decreasing time to close.
Build strong executive relationships within strategic accounts and participate in closing top opportunities.
Manage and build an exceptional team with a focus on new customer growth and current account expansions.
Build the playbook. Determine what is needed to enable the team and get it done.
Partner with VP of Marketing to enhance customer targeting. Work closely with CSMs to ensure that renewals happen on-time.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Support a culture of continuous improvement and goal achievement.

Education: A bachelor's degree is not required, but you must have demonstrated success in selling and building a team at an early stage company.
Languages: English. Spanish fluency is a big plus.
Location: San Mateo, CA.
Travel: 50-75% of the time.
