Enterprise Account Executive - North America

Menlo Park, California   |   Full time

Sell a solution that you'd be proud of: technology that overdelivers in its promise to empower frontline employees.

About us:

Rever is a digitized Continuous Improvement system. We help global companies to engage and recognize all their frontline employees for executing daily improvement ideas.

We're headquartered in Silicon Valley, with an operations center in Guadalajara, Mexico's tech hub.

We come from world-class companies like Toyota, Apple, Airbus, Google, Eurocopter, PMI, Hershey's, IBM, Procter & Gamble and Intel.

We love working with amazing customers like Audi, Philip Morris International, Mars and Grupo Bimbo, by enabling their frontline employees to use their full creative potential.

Job role:

We're looking for an Account Executive as part of the Sales Team. We are seeking for someone with passion, creativity, and drive.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to drive the success of our Sales Activity with focus on acquiring new Enterprise customers and achieving global expansions with our current accounts.

Where we stand today:

We have a product that over-delivers on its promise, we have validated our positioning, the ideal target company, our ideal champion and economic buyer. We have reached strong initial traction closing six-figure deals with global Enterprises. We’ve done this with only one part-time BDR and one part-time Sales Rep (our CEO). We’ve developed the first version of our playbook to find and close large Enterprise deals. That’s right; you would be one of the first four Sales team members.

Where we want to be in 12 months:

We want to prove we can acquire, onboard and expand our customers in a repeatable and predictable way to triple our Annual Recurring Revenue. A crucial part of this is how we turn SQLs into new closed deals and expand existing account into Enterprise-wide agreements. You will work side by side with the Lead-Gen team members and Business Development Representatives to optimize and grow the Sales Machine.
