Job role and profile:
We're looking for a Sales Executive with existing relationships and a strong network in the automotive industry and other manufacturers.
You already sell solutions to Auto OEM's, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. You have buyers that trust you as an advisor that fully understands their operational needs.
Ideally, you currently provide them with technology or services that help them with Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 or Operational Excellence. You are curious about new digital technologies and trends and how they will impact manufacturing.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to drive the success of our Sales Activity with focus on acquiring new Enterprise customers and achieving global expansions with our current accounts, with a strong focus on the Auto industry.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are a "builder". You'll provide feedback to our Product team about how to improve our features to better serve our customers. You will work side by side with the Lead-Gen team members and Business Development Representatives to optimize and grow the Sales Machine.
Create and manage a strategic territory plan that includes activities to achieve sales goals such as customer acquisition and global expansions with current customers.
Manage territory and activities to maximize sales resources and revenue opportunities
Coordinate internal resources to ensure prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of sales, marketing, and proposal materials to prospects.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry/professional individuals and organizations.
Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision makers.
Analyze financial position and challenges of prospects to determine sales approach.
Stay abreast of current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
Tradeshows and events - Coordinate and participate in trade shows and private events as part of developing business relations.
Maintain and monitor sales forecasting data and sales performance metrics
Learn, leverage and help evolve our Sales Playbook.
Experience and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager
Substantial sales experience in Enterprise B2B environment
Social Selling and Networking proficient (LinkedIn and Sales Navigator)
Hands-on experience with CRM software and Account Management systems (within a Software/High Tech company is a plus)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Ability to address customer requests promptly
Availability to travel as needed (up to 80%)
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building a healthy client relationship
Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
Great listener and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature.
Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in a team environment
An academic degree is not a requirement to apply for this position but you may have a Bachelor's degree, or maybe you are self-taught with enough experience.
LANGUAGES: Native English (Spanish is a big plus)
LOCATION: Remote. Preferably in Detroit. Chicago is another option.
