What You Will Bring to the Team

Keeping up with the needs of global corporations and thousands of frontline workers requires tremendous creative problem solving, a passion for technology, and close collaboration across our team. As a Support Engineer at Rever you will perform as a second-level support to our customers and be a bridge between them and the Engineering team, focusing on doing technical research and troubleshooting to solve issues.

What would be your day-to-day responsibilities?

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, here are some duties you would be responsible for:

  • You will be creating, executing, and maintaining scripts and reports of customer data to share and/or analyze
  • Creating tools to perform internal tasks that our customers cannot execute directly
  • You will also be in charge of building and updating our help center and all technical documentation for both internal and external customers
  • Customer feedback will be gathered and shared with our Product team by you
  • You'll be part of product beta testing before new releases
  • You'll be responsible of documenting and maintaining our Developers Documentation.
  • Help us review bug lists from customers to prioritize 
  • You will assist in the continuous improvement and development of out Support team and
  • In other internal projects where technical and documentation expertise is required

  • Programming languages: Python or Javascript (at least 1)
  • Use of CLI on Linux and Bash or similar
  • Good understanding on how to use Relational (Postgres / MySQL) and Non Relational (MongoDB) databases.

  • Problem resolution skills
  • English proficiency, written and spoken (any third language is a plus)
  • Some experience with a Cloud provider (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
  • Docker is a nice to have
  • Eagerness to become a better Engineer with us!


An academic degree is not a requirement to apply for this position; you may have a Bachelor's degree in Systems of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, or related field. Or maybe you are self-taught with enough experience.

Languages: English and Spanish

Location: Remote. The position requires that you work on Central Standard Time.
