What You Will Bring to the Team
Keeping up with the needs of global corporations and thousands of frontline workers requires tremendous creative problem solving, a passion for technology, and close collaboration across our team. As a Support Engineer at Rever you will perform as a second-level support to our customers and be a bridge between them and the Engineering team, focusing on doing technical research and troubleshooting to solve issues.
What would be your day-to-day responsibilities?

An academic degree is not a requirement to apply for this position; you may have a Bachelor's degree in Systems of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, or related field. Or maybe you are self-taught with enough experience.

Location: Remote. The position requires that you work on Central Standard Time.
