Are you a Lean Manufacturing or Change Management leader looking to join a tech startup? This is your lucky day.
Rever is a digitized Continuous Improvement system. We help global companies to engage and recognize all their frontline employees for executing daily improvement ideas.
We're headquartered in Silicon Valley, with an operations center in Guadalajara, Mexico's tech hub.
We come from world-class companies like Toyota, Apple, Airbus, Google, Eurocopter, PMI, Hershey's, IBM, Procter & Gamble and Intel.
We love working with amazing customers like Audi, Philip Morris International, Mars and Grupo Bimbo, by enabling their frontline employees to use their full creative potential.
Our customers want to develop a culture of Frontline Innovation, daily kaizen and non-stop improvement done by everyone, everywhere, every day. For that to happen, we need to take care of the human side of change management.
We are looking for a Lean Coach that will guide our customers, Global 2000 companies, to achieve their Continuous Improvement goals through training, coaching, and hands-on problem-solving. With the help of the Rever technology platform (software and apps), daily innovation and improvement will become an organizational habit for them.
Reading and knowing are not enough; you have your own battles and bruises: you've learned the hard way that following textbook instructions is insufficient. You have a collection of tips and tricks to make change stick and spread across organizations.
This is the most important trait for this job. You can explain concepts and adapt the message to the audience, whether you're speaking to the CEO and her direct reports, or to a team of machine operators on the shopfloor. You can design and deliver training content to large groups and your presentation skills are engaging. Your writing skills are not bad either, you probably started a blog, even if you didn't have the time to update it as regularly as you wanted to.
If you feel you are very skilled in all these Operational Excellence subjects, and you're looking to join a Silicon Valley startup, we absolutely need to talk!
An academic degree is not a requirement to apply for this position; you may have a B. Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Organization but we've found fantastic Lean practitioners come from all walks of life, even without a higher-education degree. We'll prioritize hands-on experience leading change above anything else, including academic credentials.

If you have never worked at an early-stage startup, please be aware that this requires a very high level of commitment and tolerance of ambiguity.
